VTuber Tactics (Ver 0.9)

This project is very early in it's development. Multiplayer is not functional yet, you can only play vs AI and the card pool is limited.

There is no tutorial yet, but here's the gist:

VTubers have 3 abilities. An active usable once per turn, a passive, and an ultimate usable once per game. 

Event cards are drawn from a separate deck, and only drawn when you take damage. They are played for free and typically have very powerful effects. 

Streaming Category cards can't attack but can be attacked, and remain on the field until destroyed, providing one or more active effects. 

There is no turn phase, you can attack, play cards, and use effects,  in any order. Vtubers cannot attack the turn they are played, but can use effects.
